Starcraft has a huge game followers and it does make sense to venture into collectible territory but some non gamers which are collectors may not know much about this character but what Sideshow is bringing us is almost a remake of the earlier Raynor figure with a slightly better colour compared to the greyish Raynor figure but with premium pricing. If it's at 18" then it does justify it price point but it cost about USD525 which make my tooth pain.
I do feel that Sideshow could have given us a bit more accessories or perhaps a nice base to compliment with Tychus. Nevertheless, it does have some interesting light up features especially the illuminated helmet, power cells and light up engine vents.
These days we are thrown with so many huge size collectible figures and most of us may not have the opportunity to own it and we all just have to think deep and hard to select one which we really fond of. Just when we think we finally got a cool figure, there's just another upcoming one around the corner which urges you to own it. Someone advises that we should 'Buy first, Think later' or 'Buy now or regret later'. I'll suggest 'Suffocate now & Exhale Later".
