ARTFX 1:10 SCALE HULKBUSTER

It's been a very long time since the last time Kotobukiya gives us some impressive figures. It's really a great decision to have an impressive statue again and what a way to display it with no other than Ironman Mark 44 Hulkbuster and Hulk facing off each other. Well, we all know that Hot Toys will be giving us Hulkbuster and it will be the biggest shelf killer of all time and most of us probably won't have that kind of patience, money and time before we all can have our hands on it. Frankly, when we ever going to see Whiplash 2.0 and Rhino from Hot Toys is still a big question mark.

Artfx surely did size down Hulkbuster to about the size of typical 1:6 scale ironman with its 1:10 scale version. Let's have a look of what to expect from ArtFx.

MATRIX ARMOURED PERSONNEL UNIT BY THREEZERO

ThreeZero will be taking preorders on 16th February 2015 for their upcoming Matrix Armored Personnel Unit better known as APU. The last we saw this amazing toy is from Mcfarlene Toys Mifune's Last Stand. Although ThreeZero's APU is at 1:12 scale but the size of this thing is at a whopping 13.5" which will looks pretty impressive. It also comes with the exclusive deluxe version with the inclusion of ammo loader and a figurine.

However, the human figures do not have the same facial resemblance to the original cast mostly are due to its small scale. Nevertheless, the overall detail of the APU is staggering and my only wish is to have them in all the same scale with Avatar Amp Suit and Aliens Power Loader which will be the holy grail central piece display.

HOT TOYS 1/6 SCALE ULTRON PRIME

Sometimes we just have to ask ourselves whether we really need to collect yet another Hot Toys figure. Well, this is another must have figure for any collectors who wanted to complete their Avengers collection. It's no other than Ultron Prime himself in its entirety. I'm not sure how other collectors feel but my first impression is it really resembles a lot like Terminator T-800 on steriods. 

For some reasons it does not has the bulk or muscular physique of a bad ass villain. Well, I guess we just have to watch Ultron in action. One thing is certain is it has one cool light up base.

THREEA 18.5" PREMIUM COLLECTIBLE MEGATRON FIGURE

We have seen some amazing figures from ThreeA when they unveiled BumbleBee and now we are having a look at this fantastic 18.5" whopping weathered, battered, amazing crazy looking Megatron figure. I believe ThreeA is holding back the big surprise for later this year when Optimus Prime is to be make plubic. Imagine having Optimus Prime with 70 points of articulation and at a very good price compared to some of the current figures from Prime 1 Studio which is practical in fixed position and heck a lotta pricey.

Well, we just can't help in comparing it with a high end statue but having articulated joints will really give the figure a way more playability. The last attempt in giving us posable movie accurate transformers was really done by little known company, Calibre toys but the price tag really put us off. Now, here are some photos of what we all can expect in this last quarter of 2015.
